Shipping Options
UK Orders
All Domestic orders (UK) are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day after dispatch from our studio. The items are fully tracked and to be signed for by the recipient. This option costs a flat fee of £12 per order. International Orders
We deliver to over 230 different countries and territories around the world. For this we now use DHL Express which aims to deliver within 2-4 days after dispatch from our studio. This option costs a flat rate of £25 per order, plus £12.50 per order item. Customs and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs and import fees on delivery.
Payment for any customs or import fees your country may charge is the responsibility of the customer. We declare the cost, weight and description of the contents to our courier at the time of dispatch and submit our customs data electronically to aid customs clearance.
Please familiarise yourself with local duty policies prior to ordering or contact your local DHL office who can assist you in understanding any fees you may be subject to.
We currently do not charge VAT on our products.
